I've had a look around and I can't find any other reports of this issue internally, so I'm very confident we'll be able to solve this with some troubleshooting. Thanks for letting me know about this, Kenjara! Sorry about this issue :( Would be good to have that passed on to the Ubisoft tools team so they can look at handling sleep properly. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.
